A hospital administrator recruited a family practitioner and presented A+ with a start up situation. The physician was about to complete residency training and wished to begin seeing patients in his new private practice less than eight weeks later.

A+ efficiently coordinated and implemented the startup, meeting the deadline of the target initial date of service.
